2013 SEMINARS with Art Wolfe

Art Wolfe has a completely different approach to his educational offerings. His goal is to teach you to see with an improved compositional eye. There are so many places to learn the technical aspects of the craft of photography, but far fewer ones that are directed to the artist behind the lens. His lifetime of composing is distilled into precious nuggets that you can take as tools along with your camera gear. These can become the most important tools you own. With Art’s guidance, you can make great leaps in your photography.

Here are two really great opportunities available this year.

There is nothing like setting out to see Indian wildlife from elephant back on a chilly morning.
Here I am in Bandhavgarh National Park again. It is such an honor to be among these big cats in the wild. To travel on the backs of elephants into the bush is to travel back in time. Coming upon a tiger is like nothing else and each time it is still immensely exciting.

I love India and will be posting images throughout my travels, so stay tuned.

Here is a previous post with photos of tigers from a visit to Ranthambore National Park. >>CLICK HERE

ICPA SHOW- Ends November 25th

ICPA – Images by Art Wolfe

This is the last month to go and visit this great show at the BURKE MUSEUM. The show ends on November 25th.

I recently revisited the show and took a few candid shots of the exhibit. I continue to be impressed with the content of the images and the overall high-quality of this well designed show. Lots of school children have visited the show and there was a group in the museum when I was there. The kids loved it and were very attentive and interested.

You can look at the images online, but I highly recommend a visit to the museum for the full exhibit experience. It is really worth it!
