Savannah storm, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya
A fast moving storm passes over the dry savannah of Kenya’s Maasai Mara country. As the annual rains return to this parched landscape the beige grasses are miraculously transformed into luxuriant green. Shortly thereafter millions of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles move north out of the vast Serengeti Plains, following the sweet smell of new grass.
