White-cheeked terns, Mnemba Island, Tanzania I just love how the light reflected off the white-sand beach and highlighted the undersides of these white-cheeked terns. This species ranges from the Red Sea south around the Horn of Africa and east to India. They nest on islands and coral barrens.
